Lorraine is the founder and CEO of New York City Nutrition, a certified Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, previous adjunct professor at City University of New York, member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, an internationally published author, Cornell University guest speaker and Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Alumni.

Lorraine hosted a number of veterans in her home, where she cared for them and learned from them. One of her greatest takeaways was the profound impact that food and mindset can play in healing, both physical and psychological. As Lorraine completed her schooling and began lecturing at City University New York, she was all the while pouring time and love into building New York City Nutrition into what it is today.
