Pause Before Eating

During times of stress food can be used as either an reward or punishment. Emotional eating has many negative side effects and often results in feelings of guilt or shame. This introductory workshop is focused on learning to pause before eating. Learning to pause retrains the brain to divert our attention away from the emotional triggers and to shift our energy to where it belongs, on healthy mindful eating.
