
For the past few weeks I've been working on a Sugar Detox diet. I have completed all the hard work and now it is time to test it out! This nutritious flatbread pizza takes 5 minutes to eat and is a great source of fiber.
Ingredients:
Whole wheat pita bread
2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 Brussels sprout, shredded
2 oz goat cheese
1 tablespoon EVOO
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 525 degrees. Spread goat cheese over pita bread.
2. Place Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, and drizzle one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
3. Place in oven for 5 minutes until the corners are nice and crispy.
4. Serve and enjoy!
