Last weekend, while I was in Philadelphia, I ordered a delicious mocktail at Talula's Garden. I enjoyed it so much, that I recreated it this morning! This mocktail is made from all natural ingredients that help support a healthy immune system. Rich in vitamin C and high in anti-inflammatory properties, this mocktail is both nutritious and delicious. Ginger For centuries, ginger has been used for its medicinal properties. It helps combat digestive issues such as nausea, loss of appetite, pain, and motion sickness.
Ginger is often recommended to pregnant women to ease their morning sickness. It also acts as a diaphoretic, meaning it promotes sweating and aids the body in flushing out toxins. For those who experience chronic pain or osteoarthritis, ginger has been shown in clinical trials to reduce inflammation and pain associated with arthritis.

Limes have a compound know as limonoid, that can help fight lung, breast, mouth, colon, breast, and skin cancer.
