Last September, when Shonali came on board I knew it would be exciting times ahead. I cannot believe the changes we are making in a few short months. We’re growing and expanding every day, and have some exciting new changes to share with you!
New Location & Services
This past November, we moved to a new office in the Financial District. A colleague mentioned a new wellness center had opened up in the area and I should check it out. When I heard the address it sounded familiar, but it took me a second to figure out how I knew it. Then it hit me, back in day while I was in college, I used to work in the building as a bartender on the ground floor. The owners were fantastic to me and supported my dreams. They worked with me when my class schedule changed and respected my commitment to obtain my degree. Coming back to this building was very symbolic to me. I knew in my heart that this was the next step for LKN, so I signed the lease. Now, when I walk into the building, I go to the 18th floor to my little office in the same building as where I started my nutrition journey. Every once in awhile I return to say hello to the owners and staff to catch up and grab a turkey burger. If you haven't heard of Trinity Place, you need to check it out. They have hands down the BEST turkey burger, ever! Did I mention that the restaurant is an old bank vault with two 35 ton vault doors on either side? To me, these people are a family and the building a home.

Sugar Detox Mastermind
12 week weight loss program. This is my new and improved Sugar Detox Challenge. During this course we will be focusing on sugar, digestion, gut health, carbs, fats, protein, water, plus understanding where craving stems from, how to take control to break food habits, and how to create sustainable lifestyle change to maintain weight and energy levels. This course is equivalent to a college level intro nutrition class covering an array of topics such as biology, chemistry, psychology, and how to relate their it to your personal life! Personal Health Portal & App
When you sign up with us, you’ll be added to our HIPPA compliant portal where you can create a profile, upload documents/blood work you would like us to review, download our app to log food, workouts, before and after pic’s, book appointments, do video calls, and message us in-between. sessions. During the Initial Consult, we’ll record BMI, weight, body fat, visceral fat, and muscle mass. That data is then entered into the portal so we can track your progress overtime. Great for accountability and staying on point!

We have 5 amazingly talents interns who work hard to help us to provide value to you. We have some intern who are receiving credit towards their Dietetic internship hours, and some who are gaining work experience to further their passion for a career in nutrition. We are grateful for their hard work and looking forward to sharing it with you! We appreciate your time and work!

Our goal is that we provide you with the tools and education you need to be healthy. We don't believe in fad diets, nor do we push our beliefs on you. We breakdown the science of food and nutrition, bust marketing ploys, and teach you how to make the best educated decision when fueling your body.
