I have been working with Nicole at NYC Nutrition for almost a year and I am so pleased with the experience. For years I’ve had stomach issues but I couldn’t pin down the cause. We’ve figured out what foods I may have to be more careful about and also analyzed some other eating habits I have. What I really like about Nicole is that she is warm and realistic about some of the challenges to staying on track. Now I’m able to enjoy food better without stomach issues and we came up with realistic plans for enjoying holidays, work travel, and vacations.
