Nicole Sohayegh MS, RDN, CDN, CLT
Nicole is a Registered/Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist here at New York City Nutrition; she also has a Master’s degree from New York University in Dietetics. Nicole originally thought she wanted to be a doctor, but after taking some of the courses, she realized she is most passionate about preventing disease and intervening naturally before medical intervention is necessary. She further discovered the healing properties of food while completing her Dietetic Internship which focused on integrative and functional medicine.
Nicole has personal experience with uncovering what was causing her gut issues, and is passionate about helping women heal their relationship with food and their body's. Her aim is to help you find long lasting habit change in order to achieve your goals.
Nicole’s approach to nutrition centers around each day bringing a fresh start and a new set of circumstances to work around, and no 2 days will look the same. She believes that all foods can belong in moderation, but she focuses her clients on fresh, whole foods first and foremost. She takes a holistic approach in her work and her life, and strives to make life worthwhile whether it be cooking, enjoying time with friends, or yoga and meditation.
